All I’ve Got Is What I Want - Bob Dylan, May 9, 1965
In honor of Zimmy’s 72nd birthday, here’s the most random Dylan thing I’ve got on my hard drive (and believe me there are some random things in there). From what I understand, this is Bob fooling around on piano backstage at the Royal Albert Hall during the famed “Don’t Look Back” UK tour of 1965. Not quite a song, but kind of lovely nonetheless — another stolen moment for our eavesdropping pleasure. I imagine that the title is just a made up thing, but it has a nice Morrissey-esque ring to it, doesn’t it? Whatever! Happy birthday, Bob, you’re the best.
